The bread here are moist and soft. Most of them are made of natural enzyme which make the bread more spongy and chewy. Different from other bread, I feel comfortable after consuming one whole bread, no greasy feeling. my favourite goes to this dumpling-like bun, the matcha cream inside matches perfectly with the soft outer. I would prefer the purple sweet potato version. Perfect for those who like combination of red bean and matcha. Love the inner but the outer.
