Fast Taste is a “yellow restaurant” in Cheung Sha Wan, with really amusing re-created Canton pop songs playing in the background. This Soft Shell Crab Burger was very delicious! Freshly fried soft shell crab had a crunchy skin, which wrapped some juicy crab meat underneath. The lettuce, tomato and wasabi mayo made superb fillings — refreshing and ease any greasiness from the soft shell crab (not greasy at all to me).
The thick-cut fries were freshly fried, so they were very delicious! The salad on the side was served with sesame sauce, yum!
Tangerine juice was great too! Refreshing but not overly sweet. Nice!
10% service charge applies, but it’s definitely worth it as the uncle (the restaurant seems to be run by a family of father and son, the uncle should be the father I guess) was really nice and attentive to customers’ needs.
