依間餐廳喺soho好出名,之前都有去過shisha,坐到勁逼都仲有人等,而今次就專誠去食飯。有好幾一個朋友都介紹佢啲食物,加上有米芝蓮推介,所以都好高期望。而食物果然係好出色,雖然好少食中東菜,但都唔會食唔慣,樣樣都唔錯,而且老闆定唔知manager好熱情,會去每一枱同你傾下計。Hommus with black truffle $80第一次食咁正宗鷹咀豆泥,加入各種香料同傳統用嘅芝麻醬(tahini),香滑得來有粒粒口感,另外仲加左黑松露,味道好夾。另外,值得一提嘅係配嘅包好夠熱,食到第二件都好軟熟。Roasted fresh fig salad $105口感相當豐富,有無花果同creamy帶奶香嘅goat cheese,個汁係好似jam嘅orange sauce,味道偏甜,但係就好啱胃口。Cous cous Sahara $190Cous cous係北非小米,細細粒口感有啲似藜麥。而依個招牌菜係配lamb shank,外層燒得焦香,肉層軟腍入味。份量好足,夠兩個女仔share。Sahara specialMango smoothie

第一次食咁正宗鷹咀豆泥,加入各種香料同傳統用嘅芝麻醬(tahini),香滑得來有粒粒口感,另外仲加左黑松露,味道好夾。另外,值得一提嘅係配嘅包好夠熱,食到第二件都好軟熟。
