When it comes to the basic parts of a bun, almost everyone has it down to two buns and a patty. This establishment is one of the few burger joints that do everything but patties, including the popular Grilled egg with Japanese Cheese Omelette burger. We got two burgers, including the Inferno, which features a chunky beef patty and gosh, the sauce. I didn't order it extra spicy but it was enough to give a significant kick. Plus I'm pretty sure there were chili seeds inside of the said sauce itsel

That's not to say that it wasn't a tasty combination – in fact, everything went very well together. The peppers, vegetables, and even the buttered toasted buns.

Of course, burgers will always be a messy affair so expect to turn it up a notch here. The grilled eel burger is equally impressive in size and ingredients, but tricky to consume in style.

I would say that this is one of the better places to get a decent burger, but halfway into the meal, I looked into the kitchen and realised that the only chef wasn't wearing gloves at all to prepare the food. It's still delicious so for those who are iffy about these kinds of things, consider taking the burgers away 😂
