To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

bookmarked this bagel shop for long time but didnt make a time to visit. Finally got a chance passing by Central. I arrived the shop at around 5, only few bagels left. The shop was so quiet and I felt quite odd for standing thereI chose a poppy bagel with spicy hummus. It takes about 5 mins to get it done. It was hot and quite heavy. Means it wont be a soft bagel but a condensed one. Texture was ok, very solid, quite chewy, can be more crispy.Hummus was a bit more spicy than I expected, but yumm
