This is an attractive 2nd floor restaurant with a cute outdoor patio area and is nicely decorated. Our visit was marred by slow service (what seems to be a common theme) and ultimately a food safety issue.FoodWe initially ordered the vegetarian spring rolls and these took nearly 15 minutes to come out. Food
We initially ordered the vegetarian spring rolls and these took nearly 15 minutes to come out. They were attractively presented, hot and crispy and nicely filled with a variety of ingredients. A little slow but ok.
Next up was a specialty dish of char-grilled chicken, an starter/appetizer. Unfortunately, there was nearly no flavor and sadly it had been so overcooked that it was nearly inedible. A pass by the kitchen showed this chicken stacked up, pre-grilled and ready for re-heating. Ugh.
Our last dish was not consumed, a green chicken curry, what should be a standard Thai dish arrived fully 45 minutes after we sat down. It arrived, again attractively presented and at this point we were quite hungry.
Unfortunately, at nearly the first bite it was apparent that the chicken was under cooked and in fact nearly raw (pink in the center). Eating raw chicken is clearly a health hazard and we contacted our server immediately to remove the dish.
Service
The server offered to replace the dish or get something else, but at this point, the restaurant had used up our patience. We asked to speak with the manager (as we wanted to report this), the young lady indicated she was, in fact, the manager, and that she was sorry and timidly wandered away.
We paid our bill sans the green curry charge and left. This is clearly not a return visit to any of this chain.
