We ordered their 3-course weekend brunch menu (comes with juice or coffee) priced at $348 hkd + 10% service charge.

Pic 1️⃣: ‘Pecan Pie’ Crème Caramel
— A signature of Chef Graham Long, this dessert is an ode to London and features a bourbon infused custard, maple caramel syrup, and topped with caramelised pecans for an extra crunch. Flavours were complex and worked very well together, bringing 2 classic desserts into one. A perfect way to end any meal.

Pic 2️⃣: Salted Fish Brandade, Red Pepper Piperade, Chorizo and Poached Eggs
— Another beautifully presented dish with strong Mediterranean flavours. I loved the spices and flavours coming from the chorizo which complemented the mashed potatoes really well. All elements of the dish were really well executed.

Pic 3️⃣: Breakfast Muffin, Morteau Sausage, Beef Fat Hash Browns, Tayourian Egg, Cheese Slice
— A bit on the dry side and lacked savouriness to it. Wish the morteau sausage was grilled to let out more flavour. The beef fat hash browns were pretty good and had a nice aroma to them.

Pic 4️⃣,5️⃣,6️⃣: Chia Seed and Tapioca Pudding, Fresh Market Fruit & Selection of Warm Viennoiseries with Butter and Jam
— Really good way to start off the meal. The citrus flavours in the chia seed pudding made it very appetising. Topped off with fresh fruit gave it that extra freshness. Viennoiseries were really good and nicely heated.

Pic 7️⃣: French Toast - Sour Cream & Orange Marmalade
— Pretty disappointed by this. Really dry and lacked flavour. Wish they did with some syrup on top or powdered sugar for a bit of sweetness. The addition of sour cream and orange marmalade was a bit odd for my preferences.

Overall rating:
😋Taste: I thought the food selection on their brunch was alright but nothing spectacular for its price. The choices were mostly breakfast dishes.

📍Ambiance: Beautiful and elegant interior. The seating is spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful too.
