To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說一直冇試過呢間，所以就去試試，買個外賣既晚餐，去叫野時已被經典茶記既態度聲線招待，ok既.... 你又真係茶記黎既. 香港都唔係以前既咩禮貌之都，明既. 咁順利拎左外賣返到屋企，好野呀，咁薄既盒都比你搵到，下面仲要墊菜，我明白你關心客人飲食均衡，所以主張多菜少少肉嘛. 但我叫得豬軟骨，其實就真係好想食肉囉. 定係呢款係咩特級豚肉，所以係淺嘗架？ 我粗人唔識野，sor. 最樣衰係，屋企個個見到都問，嘩，得兩塊，幾錢呀？平時果間冇咁少架喎. 我都唔好意思講，自己無聊去試左係另一間買，咁樣就74蚊架喇，香港宜家生活好難. 係得兩塊肉，一個飯，一個水同杯熱飲. 不過，果兩舊又炆得淋同入味既，呢樣又真係抵讚個廚師既. 只可惜係以我既食量，呢兩舊只可以當前菜囉. So sorry. 我呢d粗人想食飽架ja. 下次都係去返第二間. Sor.
