Literally on the menu, they are 1,2,3,4 in Chinese.Tried all four.The first one was a challenge, it was big and you have to drink the hot broth inside with the straw first.After that, you are left with bits of crab roe in the middle.The second were pork dumplings with crab roe, so it had a lovely mix of pork and crabby taste.The third one was just plain pork so vinegar is needed otherwise the pork oil gets too overwhelming.The fourth one was just filled with glutinous rice and I loved it because
