Rice and ramen are both available in Tonkotsu 8 and I had the spicy soupless ramen ($65). Katsuobushi, two kinds of spring onion, spicy minced meat and seaweed pieces were in same portion, topped with raw egg. Stirred them all together, the ramen bowl is quite strong in taste. Relatively short ramen. The proportion of spring onion should be lowered.
