Had a chance to visit this place after bouldering at the climbing gym nearby (GoNature) and tried their duck confit. I was thoroughly impressed, actually quite tender and juicy. It had a sweet fruity taste, with a touch of herbs. Also tried their jasmine club soda, which was refreshing but came in a large jug so couldn't finish it all.Overall a nice decor and atmosphere. It had a sweet fruity taste, with a touch of herbs. Also tried their jasmine club soda, which was refreshing but came in a large jug so couldn't finish it all.

Overall a nice decor and atmosphere. Great for hangouts with friends and even on dates with your love one.

I think the concept of sous vide is great... beats most of the other choices of fried, stir fried and oily meals in Hong Kong. Trying to find better healthy alternatives. Price was decent for a French food restaurant.
