The Scallop was perfectly cook, with lemon finger on top, and Ginger cream. The ginger taste was subtle, good enough to bring the scallop freshness taste.

It contain Onion, nuts, Wood ear, and Celery roots.
- Lobster Cappuccino
Small lobster piece in a tea cup, the lobster taste is strong cos it's has a lobster soup beneath, after finishing the lobster, can drink it like a Cappuccino, although its doesn't contain coffee.
- Spanish Red Prawn, Japan Squid Rice
My First time tasting a Spanish Red Prawn, the shell is quite soft and the prawn meats taste is concentrate, is nice.
- Rosted France White Cod, Girolle Sauce,
The Cod is well done, is nothing small.
- Red Blood Orange Juice, is interesting.
- Caramel Apple Mousse Cake
I really like this one, inside the mousse, it was filled with a mix of apple and caramel.
The chef said its took like 5 hours to prepare, thanks we book it in advance.
Overall it wasn't too sweet, is a must try dessert.
From what i hear, the menu of the restaurant will change every two months, so giving some new dishes and taste to try.
