As for the Black Fideos, really enjoyed the prominent squid ink flavour, but the texture of fideos (reminded me of Chinese style vermicelli stir-fry) really wasn’t my thing, personally, I prefer the texture of paella. The highlight of the dish were the Spanish Red King Prawns, super fresh with a lovely sweet flavour!

Finished off the meal with their signature cheese cake, it had a very strong goat cheese flavour (a bit too strong and goaty for my liking, prefer the pica pica one which has a more of a savoury cheesy flavour), but with the vanilla ice cream and an extra shot of bourbon (the best part!), it actually tasted quite nice!
Probably wouldn’t revisit for things like tapas/paellas (Pica Pica still has my heart), but maybe next time I should try their Gallega steaks!
