Was shopping with friends at Causeway Bay the other day after work. After shopping, we went to this Chinese restaurant at Hysan. It was on a Mon night around 20:00, so we got table right away. The restaurant decorated with a lot of neat Chinese items like tea pots and lights. We had total of four people. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 dim sums, 5 other dishes. Overall, I’ll rate the restaurant 4/5 and will definitely come again.Fish Skin- a cold dish with a nice refreshing taste. 3 Small Dishes

Overall, I’ll rate the restaurant 4/5 and will definitely come again. Fish Skin- a cold dish with a nice refreshing taste.
3 Small Dishes Appetizers- served with garlic cucumbers, vinegar jelly fish,BBQ.
Beetroot Dumplings- unique dim sum, as beetroot made the steamed dumplings with pink color. Worth try!
Green Onion Bun- over baked bun with green onions. Personally think Shanghainese green onions pancakes taste better.
Abalone & Chicken Fried Rice- served with stone pot which made it sizzling. Chicken and abalone were very tender.
Silver Mini Fish With Cabbage- served with a lot of silver mini fish, and sweet cabbages in chicken broth. Tricholoma Fried Pork Belly- very tast tricholoma, perfect March with pork belly. Shrimp Vermicelli Pot- served with a lot of shrimps and with vermicelli.
Wine Oysters- personally not a big fan of sweet dishes. But oysters were delicious.
