Now is the season for crab. We had a wonderful crab dinner with different kinds of crabs cooked in various ways.We started with crab and uni terrine with caviar on top. What a luxurious starter ! 🥂Then we had hairy crab roe in a bowl , with chinese pancakes! This was my favorite as it was pure enjoyment with no work!We also had mud crab fried with ginger and scallion! Also yummy!We had fried milk, which is a traditional Cantonese dish.We also had a stewed goose! Very satisfying dinner !!!
