My first experience with Karayama at Wongtaisin wasn't good but I loved the chicken here.Firstly there was no queue and the chicken turned out delicious. I was skeptical as it was all coming from one kitchen so I was expecting a chef to be multitasking and cooking dishes for different joints.I had the seasonal special which was the Spicy chicken.When it came, it looked very spicy but it wasn't a bit spicy.The seeds were hard and bitter so I reckon they were capsicum seeds.Apart from the spicine

The seeds were hard and bitter so I reckon they were capsicum seeds. Apart from the spiciness, the chicken was spot on especially the frying oil which was fresh.
The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender in the middle.
