A spicy gem was discovered in a back alley of Shek Tong Tsui, about a 5 walk from HKU MTR station, Exit C2. The restaurant was small yet clean and cozy with aroma of Hunan spice.   Their customer service was friendly and helpful.  My friend and I had 2 dishes. The first dish was one of their signatures, steamed fish in Hunan in red and green chili and the second dish we had was stir fried "tung choi" with garlic.  Both dishes were well served and prepared.  First, they were sizzling hot when served. Second, ingredients were fresh. Lastlly, taste was just right and not too oily.  Overall, we were very pleased the food and we thought their price are reasonable.  We would definitely recommend it to people who desire authentic Hunan cruisine.
