River snails are not very common in Hong Kong because the preparation is time-consuming. Fried morning glory with shrimp paste had a good wok-hei smoky flavor. Served quickly upon order and extremely hot.

Beer was ice cold. Strong aircon. Would go back for other unique dishes like fried Asian date mussels with chili and basil.
