Mala Grilled Sea Bass
The sea bass is enough for 4 people to share. The fish was grilled to perfection with crispy skin and edible fins while the meat was tender. We added stir-fried pork intestines, which made the spicy soup even more savory. There were tons of ingredients inside the pot including lotus root, Chinese cabbage, konjac, potatoes and coriander etc.
On top of the variety of items in the pot, we also ordered duck blood, bean curd skin and crown daisy. All of these had well absorbed the strong flavors of the soup.
