Tom yum goong soup base - The soup was flavourful and quite spicy and sour, which was to my liking. Vermicelli was chewy in texture, like chewing a gum. I ordered tender beef, bean sprouts and potato piece. Beef was tender and juicy, bean sprouts was juicy and potato piece was soft and smooth as well.
