Got the new noodles with spicy beef tendons.The beef tendon was quite big, but not as spicy as the name suggested, there was a slight sour taste to it.The tendon could have been softer, as it was slight firmer in the middle.Apart from the beef tendon, the noodles contain beanshoots, seaweed, and spring onion.
