四月份可說是PJ 的刺身魚生月,先是在日本賞櫻美食之旅的魚生魚生及魚生,回港後的朋友飯聚都繼續係魚生,今次友人提議到正在推廣時令蜜柑味油甘魚配清酒menu的又一城千兩,好似幾特別咁,一於去試下。這個油甘魚menu 特別選了4 款清酒配上,$108 的四杯清酒拼盤個名夠哂型:薰~ 芬芳• 爽~ 清柔• 醇~ 醇厚• 熟~ 陳年,各具特色。小食先來味淋魚乾($58)及炸甜蝦($45)。魚乾香口惹味,炸蝦火喉控制得宜,味香夠乾身,呢兩道小食用來餸酒啱哂。跟住到兩款主角油甘魚刺身出場,蜜柑味($105)的配以柚子汁啫喱,柑及柚子的香配油甘魚的鮮,夾。第二款油甘魚係炙燒柑橘刺身($105),配以酸汁蘿蔔茸及魚子,我較喜歡第一款的配搭。得二款刺身又點夠喉呢!接著係重量級拼盤:朝捕晚嚐海之幸(大盛)~$430;睇名都知主要係sell 新鮮,賣相亦攞唔少分。原條伊佐木用竹籤插在中間,有氣勢。除油甘魚外,亦有櫻魚鯛同黑睦這兩款平日較少食的魚,總括我較喜歡連皮的伊佐木,厚肉鮮甜。食咗咁耐魚生,係時候熟食返少少熱食平衡下喇,呢個鍋燒馬刀貝($68),加了牛油同昆布,馬刀貝的爽配牛油的香滑,又係一個幾好嘅配搭
