I wasn't expecting much, and a pizza on a Saturday night, but a beer by the sea sounded like a good idea. The staff training had a lot of room for improvement. Both the waitresses who served us were mute, had no interest in telling us about the menu items, and were completely inept in solving our wobbly table problem.ordered:1)pizza margarita (dough is ok, thin crust, not the worst, but far from the best)2)burata parmaham salad (as long as the ingredients are good, this was a win)3)slow cooked

ordered:
1)pizza margarita (dough is ok, thin crust, not the worst, but far from the best)
2)burata parmaham salad (as long as the ingredients are good, this was a win)
3)slow cooked beef and pasta (the most expensive pasta dish, but really needed better quality beef. the beef tasted a bit minerally like liver)
5)lemon tart (88hkd, very very stiff crust, tiny portion)

the pizza is sizeable and we asked for half the pizza to be packed in a box whilst we were waiting for our dessert. the waitres placed the large pizza box on our small table before we had finished, and we had to eat our dessert on top of the box! this is not a problem in a small cafe usually, but I did just spend $700+.
As others have commented, toilet hygiene needs to be improved for a place this new. I'm left rather disappointed, but there remains plenty of new options near by.
