To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

二人晚餐系staycation package包，環境一流，感覺好似坐時光機返咗去廿年前咁，頭盤、湯、主菜同甜品，儀式感十足，不過味道就尚有進步空間。celebration package仲包一支sparkling wine同迷你生日蛋糕。早餐雖然唔係buffet但系其實夠曬飽，除咗個沙律同成件事不太夾之外，味道中規中矩，算唔錯。比較impressive系個擺盤，早餐會有個放高嘅長條狀托盤，雖然食物冇咩特別但系感覺幾grand。不過正價好似要398/2人，覺得比較貴。
