To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Staycation 兩個package,一個包蟹宴，另一個包$1200堂食飲食額帶子好味過蟹腳水果清新菜好苦四人一致認為是最好味一度菜，蟹肉及其他配料多，配料爽口一人份量吃倆條真太漏，吃不到蟹味，好多洋葱，好似食麵咁蟹皇好味加上蛋白滑魚湯清甜，菜入味黑松露味突出，飯乾身，好味兩個甜點不太甜片皮鴨配一碟蜜糖，加上蜜糖另一番風味，不過鴨一般，正常運作啦!鴨鬆普通，但生菜新鮮，剪得好靚環境舒服，服務都好，不過細微位可做好些，兩人蟹宴上四位，開錯茶，都沒什麼。但倆位經理佈置月餅枱時在我們側邊摺好大塊枱布，好太塵呢!
