Steak OK but dessert too sweet

Dinner with my friends on Friday night. It seems that they were overwhelmed with a full house, and the waiters are too green.Ribeye for 2 was good. But my fillet was not juicy enough & went cold quickly as somehow it was removed from the hot plate, maybe due to limited space on table.Sirloin was excellent when served with a hot plate.We ordered pears and pancakes with ice cream as the dessert. Both were uncomfortably sweet.
