Not just a big slab of beef marketed as steaks. When you enter the shop you order your meal via a machine, you choose the cut of steak you want and you can add on drinks as well. What about sides? They are all free of charge here, there are salad soup and rice for you to take to enjoy your steaks with. That night I picked the rib eye and the medium portion size. Within minutes they will serve up the steak on a hot stone slab. When you cut into it you will see that it is cooked rare. Then you can finish the cooking on the hot stone slab until your desired temp. For me I just slice my steak and cook it for a few seconds and you can put a perfect medium rare steak into your mouth. There are salt and pepper on the table for you as well. Seasoning is needed for me. The steaks quality is very good, tender and very rich. The medium size is a bit too big for me next time when I come back ( which I definitely will) i will order the small size. Just be careful if you are a slow eater your steaks can over cook on the hot stone! And the bill for a great steak? $150~ brilliant
