Was here for one thing because there were so many things to eat at Cheung Chau, so Steamed Oyster Cheung Fun was the focus.Presentation = None. Hygiene = Minimal. Taste = Pretty Good. The oysters were chubby and sizable. No gooey starch around them. The rice rolls were soft and freshly steamed. Highly recommend to sprinkle some magic dust, the white peppers, all over the dish which brings out the “umami taste” from the oysters.
