Kwai Chung Plaza. Always something different. This time we found a huge group of people ordering food from this place. But they were just ordering the usual fish balls.They were randomly choosing sticks of food and putting it into a cup. When you were finished, the staff dunk the sticks into a bath of chili sauce. This is four sticks for $34. The sticks were cold and the chili sauce was cold as well. First bite, you don't think it's that spicy and then, it hits you. Like a clear burn that runs through your entire mouth. This was extremely spicy. But oddly the sauce had a strong sesame taste as well. Odd that it was cold but then it worked. If it was hot and spicy, your mouth would literally be on fire. The ingredients were pretty good though the chicken meat was still a bit frozen. I guess if you are into something spicy, this place has fast turn around. The other stands that sell the same thing were much more quiet.
