📍Doraya Central

Came back to Doraya Central for quite a few times since my first post and as predicted, it has now become a very popular place, so be prepared that it’s quite crowded and you will most likely need to wait.

Given that I have visited quite a few times, I have to be honest that the quality deteriorated quite a bit, especially their tuna items. The first three photos were taken during my second visit in end of April. You can see the marbling and it was like oil heaven in a bowl. The quality then changed quite a bit during my visits in mid May as you can see from photos 4 & 5 🥲 The deterioration is not just a pure bad luck incident as it remained the same in the next two visits.

Still very reasonable given it’s price point but I hope that they can go back to where they started.

It is nice that they give you options to choose in terms of either plain or sushi rice. I am a sushi rice person as I needed the rice vinegar to go with the fatty tuna. I enjoyed their sushi rice as they do use good quality Japanese rice.

Price: HK$200-400 pp (lunch)

Revisit: 8/10
