As a fan Sijie, this branch is brilliant, it is a bit of a trek but you don't have to wait for lifts, however the security guard wasn't around when I tried to go in the building. It is a new restaurant so you can still smell solvents which should hopefully disappear in a few months time. The menu structure is still the same. However, some choices have gone like the beer duck so I don't know if this menu is the same as the one in CWB.For the appetizers, I had the bitter melon and Sichuan cold noodle

However, some choices have gone like the beer duck so I don't know if this menu is the same as the one in CWB.
For the appetizers, I had the bitter melon and Sichuan cold noodles.
The noodles are as good as ever, they are not as spicy as they look.

The bittermelon was cooked just right so it didn't have that raw grassy taste and crunch.
It was heavily seasoned though because it was quite salty.

For mains, had the Kung Po Chicken which was sweeter than I expected.

Ordered this for my friend who couldn't eat spicy dishes.
It was like mixed celtuce, squid and other vegetables in a light tomato gravy.
On the side, there are some rice crispy crackers for dipping the gravy.

Last but not least was the Mao Xue Wang (mo huet wong).
This was mega spicy so I think I will stick to ordering the usual spicy tofu which isn't as spicy compared to this!
