Anyway I ordered the Jah-Jeung noodles, the sauce came separately as expected.
I tried the Jah-Jeung sauce, a very dark, thick, burgundy coloured mixture of chili and meat. The meat was more like the edges of char-siu, rather than grounded meat or sliced meat.
The sauce tastes of a very strong mix of that thick yellow bean sauce and hoi-sin sauce from the English takeaways, not sure if the hoi-sin sauce and yellow bean sauce is the same as the ones in Hong Kong.

Anyway basically the sauce tastes like the ones for the peking duck wraps.
Overall tasted good.
