On my way to the hot mess known as the Golden Computer Center/Mall, I noticed a tiny stall that featured a few stacks of Parathas (ok, everything in Hong Kong is "tiny" to me!) I had to stop and take a closer peak. Parathas to go? Made right there in front of me? Yes, Please! On my way to the hot mess known as the Golden Computer Center/Mall, I noticed a tiny stall that featured a few stacks of Parathas (ok, everything in Hong Kong is "tiny" to me!) I had to stop and take a closer peak. Parathas to go? Made right there in front of me? Yes, Please! I asked for a Potato Paratha and the nice man threw one from a stack back on the the hot griddle table, after about a minute, I walked of with my Potato Paratha. 

The dough was the right amount of chewy/crispy. The filling of potato and spices was pretty fantastic - very flavorful and spicy (spicy level of medium to slightly hot) A great combination, really. My only regret was that I didn't get a drink to wash it down with
