Hooray Bar and Restaurant is one of my top 5 rooftop bar in Hong Kong. It is located in the heart of Causeway Bay, the only down side is that Hooray only sit at the 5th floor. Apart from the manager has an altitude and horrendous service, everything in generally is all right. Potato Skins (3/10)
The potato skins were oven-ed nicely with the cheddar, seasoned fairly. Typical pub food style. Afternoon Tea Set (3/10)
The tea set was better than I anticipated. It was cheap for its quantity. But the standard wasn’t exactly consistent. The place is quite and very relaxing for a quick Sunday catch up. Perhaps a evening drinking session would be more preferable to my standard.
Give me a thumbs up if you like it!
