Fattone Ferrarini (Parma ham served with melon in Port and dried fig sauce)<<Actually I do not feel any figs sauce, but use balsamic vineager to taste wit bread , mozz cheese is pretty good.You can use breadstick (grissini) to roll up wit ham and eat it ,its the popular italian way to eat ! Absolutely tasty try !!!
Stone Baked Pizza: Piccante (Spicy Italian Salame,mozzarella , tomato and black olives)-OK as it is .. Yummy , mama mia !!! Thin crust always the best unlike Pizza Hut , ya know?
