Such a bad customer experience had to call police

Been to this place so many times but never been this DISAPPOINTED! but today when we went there, first there was no one at the counter had to wait and call the staff. We ordered a hot drink but the staff told us we ordered the cold one and refused to either change it or give a refund rather gave us an attitude. They were not apologetic rather shouted so we had to argue and call the police. Man such a hassle. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN & WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ANYMORE.
