To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Afternoon tea - The Lounge 一坐底，Staff就拎左杯ice tea過離。亦有提醒，離開坐位時，需要帶口罩😷（希望快d完結疫情）(因為背光 影得比較差)Tea ☕️ 精既我，認為食物、Service 都到班。有五星酒店既水準。(Staff做野好快手）一個人食兩個scone其實都幾多，所以我決定外賣兩個scone 留番屋企食。(另一日早餐食😋）熟食係水準較甜點為佳整份下午茶☕️份量較大份今年香港既藍天白雲日子多左，今日都唔例外，望住大玻璃，特別心曠神怡。(悠閒下午☺️)過左疫情，會再番離食🥰
