As most of our colleagues were not around in office today, we decided to have a longer lunch break. My colleague suggested to have lunch at Leisurely Veggie, as he has a sudden craving for vegetarian food. It was located at Jardine Center, few minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR. Their lunch set consisted of appetizers, soup, main course and drinks. We can top up for desserts too. Cucumber & nuts salad served with mango lemon sauce - It was served cold and refreshing, and the salad was very crunchy and juicy, fresh as well.
Kudzu, carrot, tangerine peel & rice bean soup - It was served hot and has alot of ingredients in it. It was sweet and clear, with no MSG tasted. Carrot and rice bean was soft and chewy too.
Mushroom cutlet served with fried rice with pineapple and tomato in thai style - It was very fragrant and tasty, much to my delight. Fried rice was cooked till chewy and soft, and sliced pineapple and tomato complimented it nicely. Mushroom cutlet was fried till chewy and juicy too.
Passion fruit and lime soda - It was sweet and refreshing, with strong passion fruit taste and slight lime taste. It was perfect during this hot weather today.
Earl grey crepe cake - It was soft and smooth, with layer on top of layer. It has slight earl grey taste, not too overwhelming.
