Raindrops keep falling on my head, but that doesn't mean my eyes will not be caught by veg...! On a rainy Monday with T3 up, I visited Supafood for my first time (the paper bag I got from my Locofama brunch takeaway on Sat served as a good reminder...). The first thing that caught my eyes was the Miso Eggplant Salad, but in light of the weather, I thought getting a Vegetarian Wrap for takeaway would be easier. As it began to pour, I decided to stay behind to enjoy the freshly made wrap.<Veg
<Vegetarian Wrap with Sweet Balsamic> with Organic Seasonal Mixed Greens, Feta Cheese, Eggplant, Roast Pumpkin, Cranberries, Cucumber, Lentil, Olives & Bell Peppers (Calories = 147, Protein = 9, Fat =4, Carbs = 23)
It was warmmm.... and I was also warmly offered a glass of water 😊
At first, I found myself munching into a bed of mixed greens, and was a bit worried that was all that I got... nope, my worry was misplaced. Soon I was biting into supa juicy and sweet roasted pumpkin and flavorful miso eggplant, as well as plenty of lentils, feta cheese and sweet cranberries!

It was delicious! Everything was fresh and the tortilla was soft and warm. I particularly enjoyed the eggplant, marinated in an apt amount of miso (I presume, as there's a choice of miso eggplant salad) and roasted on point. Eggplants are all too often cooked in too much oil in many places, and I love how light these were! Not overly oily nor salty.
The sweet cranberries went well with the feta. Love the lentils too but having had Locofama's brunch recently, I prefer the lentils served in the latter - which were cooked together with mashed pumpkin (or was it carrot / sweet potato?) and tomato (I think there was as it was such a tasty and tangy mash).
All in all, this was one tasty vegetarian wrap in generous portion of supa-fresh ingredients. I find the price reasonable for the portion and location Looking forward to trying the other options next time!
