We have booked a table, by the time arrive they said table is not yet available, and asked to wait for around 20mins. So we wait outside and they give the table to other who arrive after us (which they said they haven’t book). And when we ask what’s happening, they refuse to give us the table or even apologise. Super bad service and super bad management.
