Super ridiculous and irresponsible!!!!!

We have ordered our cake online a week ago and the payment was processed. We have selected to pick up between 12-3pm. When we went to pick up today, the shop ain’t open.We called their contact number and no one answered. We then checked on insta to discover that they have a silly dodgeball tournament and they are not opening till 5pm.We never received any emails nor phone calls to notify us the change of opening time. This is so freaking ridiculous and irresponsible as a business. I never had a taste of their cake but I would never recommend it to anyone. Seriously? Who would buy from a cake shop that ruins birthday?!
