In my experience in trying out all the restaurnats in Hung Hom, this has to be one of the, if not the most popular restaurant. If you ever walked from Hunghom station to Hunghom, you will be hit with an intense smell of sichuan peppers when you near at the end of the bridge and lo and behold, you will see this establishment right under the bridge. Personally, my favorite dish is the cold rice noodles with pig ears (HK$46) which is kind of expensive but totally worth it. I also opt for spicy pig intestines (which are cooked to perfection, maintaining a chewy texture but not being rubbery). Another one of my favorites and a pretty popular dish amongst it customers are the pickled cucumbers which are drowned in the sichuan oil. The flavor profiles in each of this restuarnst's dishes are all top notch and different. I would recommend people to come during off peak hours as the wait time is quite long.
