New ramen restaurant in town, you know what to do when you are a ramen-maniac😋When I go to a new restaurant, I don’t usually go for the most expensive stuff, but I’m too brainwashed by the social media and the slow-cooked pork rib look way too yummy to not order, so I went for it😎First of, the tonkatsu soy sauce broth…oh God, it was so rich and thick, I don’t recall having any non-spicy Japanese dishes has such strong flavour but I really like it😋 the pork rib is beyond fattening(in a good way)

First of, the tonkatsu soy sauce broth…oh God, it was so rich and thick, I don’t recall having any non-spicy Japanese dishes has such strong flavour but I really like it😋 the pork rib is beyond fattening(in a good way) you can literally visually see the collagen squeezing out from the meat…so good and the meat, I can totally tell that they spent hours cooking them😋it’s so tender and tasty…well, this ramen place just made my day😊
