My friend came to dine with us so we went to this special restaurant located at Swatow Street. We ordered and shared 2 dishes: Gaw’s Carbonara and Moo ‘Salpicao’. The "Carbonara" was definitely not like the traditional one you and I tasted. The sauce tasted amazingly like like goose's liver and the pasta was just al dente. The crispy pork made this dish a 5-star one. Moo ‘Salpicao’ was made of Cauliflower but looked like rice. It's my first time to try "cauliflower rice" and it surprised me. T
