They have a tasting lunch menu but since we wanted to try their different items, we decided to have the four course set lunch menu.

The small appetizers definitely packed plenty of flavors to it and the server kindly advised us to eat it from right to left. Despite my love for cheese, I really loved the herring the most, being the most refreshing with the amalfi lemon.

Their bread was quite good and you have 2 types of vinegar to choose from(1 is sweeter which I preferred more).

The first course for the lobster roll and organic salad also featured amalfi lemon. Despite the roll seemed small, there was a lot of fillings inside and it was almost as good as having the lobster itself.

The foie gras was beautifully presented with the grapes balancing its strong flavors. Together with the brioche, each bite was heavenly.

For the second course, the mezzelune, the pasta was really thin the seasoning was spot on. Needless to say, you can see the whole thing was stuffed with fillings.

The ravioli was not bad but it was outshone by the mezzelune.

For the 3rd course, the celeriac wrapped in chard had a light and earthy flavor to it and complemented the rich taste of the lobster.

The lamb was extremely tender and juicy and again was really good but paled just a bit compared to the lobster.

They also had a side rice for this dish.

For desserts, despite the hazelnut needs a complimentary cost, I actually liked the vanilla souffle a bit more. Despite the lovely truffles, I felt there was a bit too much flavors packed in the dessert to appreciate them all(or simply my palate is not complex enough)

The vanilla souffle was my preferred dessert and every bite was like having a rich vanilla cloud inside your mouth.

I loved their madeleines in the end and how they added their own twist by adding a citric topping to it to make it even more palatable.
