I have been to here for few times because I love their food and they can always maintain the food quality.I tried tacos in other places but they gets very soggy with the sauce but those at Caliente can get a really good balance.Their staff recommended this one to me as I was struggling and don't know which to pick.This one is a little bit spicy but can balance the oily of pork belly, love it and will order again.The other dish that I like is this Salmon Salad, the Salmon is pan fried to the righ

 The other dish that I like is this Salmon Salad, the Salmon is pan fried to the right texture and the salad is well mixed.

Since we go on the weekdays (to avoid the crowd), we could get the seat easily.
Remember to book in advance on Fridays or Weekends as there was a time they were too busy and couldn't accommodate us

But I still think this is the best Mexican restaurant in Hong Kong, definitely should give it a try!
