We ordered the noodle of our choices, I had rice vermicelli and she has the traditional "oil noodle" which is a right texture with chewiness. I opted for little spiciness and she had medium 🔥 . The options we shared:::
1. Turnip - super sweet & soft
2. Squid - curry spiced love the texture of it and won't be too soft
3. Beef diaphragm - too soft and not the chewy type that I like
4. Pork intestines - cleaned and some fat has been trimmed off
5. Pig blood - not that jelly texture we like but still ok
6. Sweet and sour gluten - signature from the soup, love the taste but it's not as crispy as expected🙈
7. Chicken wing tip - side order and the portion was indeed very large 👻 keep chewing on the bone 😑
