I have not written a restaurant review in my "foodie" journey log with my student for a while. This time we came across this Tainan restaurant. We both ordered Tainan-style beef noodles and a fried chicken as a side dish. The beef was great and the broth was quite surprisingly appetizing with a hint of authentic taste of Tainan cuisine. The noodles were cooked to a perfect texture and the beef was satisfactory. The carrots were the highlight of the noodle soups. What is also worth mentioning was the fried chicken, which was fried with crispy skin while the protein remained juicy.

In addition, we ordered a macha milk tea and a lychee calpis. They tasted quite nice.
