Surprised by the presenation of the rice

Came here because Jolibee was closed For dinner, there are just sets so I decided to order the pork with rice but it came with chickenwings/dessert/soup which I did not want.Luckily I asked if I could order it a la carte without that crap and she suggested the tea set which was highly appreciated.It was just the usual stuff, but I didn't like the vegetable rice with salted meat because it had pieces of fatty pork in it.The pork was nice and the bones were gelatinous and soft but the sauce was to
