Came roaming around Sha Tin , and found this restaurant in the old and dated Hilton Plaza . I saw that the food they serve are quite suitable for me, in reasonable prices , and the restaurant looked quite clean.I ordered a bowl of beef brisket rice noodles , and a plate of brisket sauce lettuce . The rice noodles were chewy and rich in rice flavour, which is quite my cup of tea . The beef brisket was marinated well, I could taste the spices and had a good colour , also a good balance of lean meat and fatty meat . The broth tasted like bak kut teh, which sounds weird but I actually quite like it.

Overall, it was quite a good and decent meal, with good food in a reasonable price , and the restaurant was clean and neat . Service can improve, though .
